TPC’s Project Flow

1Define Needs
Client submits creative brief, clearly outlining project needs. TPC consults as needed to refine.
2Submit Proposal
  • TPC submits a proposal with detailed cost breakdown by tactic.
  • Proposal includes firm cost estimates and timeline of key phases/deliverables.
  • Payment terms are clearly defined (eg, net 30 days).
3Project Kick-off
  • Upon receipt of signed proposal and/or PO, TPC and client schedule kickoff call to ensure alignment.
  • Any US regulatory considerations will be addressed.
  • Weekly project check-ins are scheduled.
4Draft Development
TPC develops draft materials and submits for marketing review per terms of proposal (eg, submit all draft resources together or as completed)
5Marketing Review

Project costs assume 2 rounds of marketing review before submission for Legal/Medical/Regulatory (PRC) review.

Note: Extensive rounds of changes and additional requests will be billed at a blended hourly rate of $135.

6PRC Review

Project costs assume 2 rounds of PRC review, with 2nd round being final approval.

7Final QA
TPC medical editor and proofreader perform final QA on resources.
8Final Deliverables
TPC art director provides final source file package to client for production/deployment.
