Carmen has too many areas of expertise to fit in a single employee bio! Seeking the help of a well-versed creative professional to help TPC modernize its brand, Carmen was hired as a Creative Strategist in the Fall of 2024. Within days of joining the team, she was able to kickstart the TPC re-brand in a fresh and exciting way. Holding a Master’s Degree in Brand Strategy and Management with a foundation in Communication and Digital Media, Carmen brings experience across the wellness, food, and retail industries. From brand consulting to crafting social media plans, she is driven by a passion for turning creative ideas into impactful, audience-focused strategies.

No resource leaves TPC until it’s reviewed by Sherry. Sherry has been at TPC for 5 years and her ability to improve a diverse range of projects is what makes her an incredible asset to the team. With a background of leading teams and serving as the main point of contact for clients, Sherry works directly with Shane as the lead account manager at TPC. Sherry specializes in client-facing communications, slide-deck design and development, and new-employee onboarding. Sherry provides a positive and fun energy to the office, and is willing to work on any project no matter its size or scope. When she’s not working, Sherry loves spending time at home with her family and pets. You can often find her taking walks when it’s nice out, or resting after a long day dealing with Tyler and Shane!

Shane is the longest tenured employee at TPC and has cultivated its culture of growth, creativity, and hard-work. Shane first joined TPC in 1995 and has been the backbone of all things TPC since then. Shane has helped to establish TPC as one of the most highly-regarded Healthcare agencies in NJ. Whether it’s the creation of educational medical books, mobile app development, corporate presentations, or leading a team of 15+ strong and capable employees, Shane embodies what it means to be the President of a company. When he’s not working (which is not often!), Shane loves to spend time with his family watching sports, reading, and over-indulging in Hallmark movies.

There is nothing that Tyler hasn’t gotten his hands on in his first year-and-a-half at TPC. After graduating from Penn State with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Advertising and Public relations, Tyler first joined the TPC team as an intern in June of 2023. It was immediately apparent that Tyler was a great fit for TPC and that TPC was the perfect place for him to kick off his career. Tyler brings a unique creativity along with a youthful perspective to the team. He specializes in copywriting, design, and client-facing communications. Tyler has assisted with the management of TPC’s top accounts for the past year and has greatly enjoyed being able to collaborate on a wide variety of projects. When he’s not working, Tyler is most likely playing his guitar or cheering on his favorite sports teams: The New York Mets, New York Rangers, and Arsenal F.C.
